These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AIOBridge. AIOBridge is operated by Amendorg LLC. By creating an account, using the website, using the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use AIOBridge. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, API keys, and connected third-party accounts.
You must promptly notify AIOBridge at security@aiobridge.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, or a security issue affecting your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate law, infringe rights, or submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent content.
- Send spam, run harmful automation, or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Bypass rate limits, access controls, or platform restrictions imposed by AIOBridge or third-party platforms.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Service in a way that creates security or availability risk.
- Misrepresent AIOBridge as endorsed by or officially operated by any social platform unless expressly stated.
3. Platform Connections and Publishing Rules
AIOBridge interoperates with third-party services such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other supported platforms. You remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms, policies, content standards, rate limits, and developer requirements of those services.
AIOBridge may apply or adjust queueing, concurrency controls, retries, rate limiting, channel restrictions, and other protective measures to preserve reliability and platform safety. Customers must design integrations to handle duplicate events, throttling, and temporary delivery failures gracefully.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
If AIOBridge offers paid plans, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle selected at checkout unless otherwise stated. Cancellation stops future renewals, but paid fees already incurred are generally non-refundable unless AIOBridge agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar government charges.
- Payment disputes should be raised promptly through the billing or support channel.
- AIOBridge may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice before renewal where appropriate.
5. Customer Data and Privacy
As between the parties, the customer owns customer data submitted to or processed through the Service. You grant AIOBridge a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display customer data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service as permitted by law and these Terms.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For account, billing, website, and security-related data, Amendorg LLC acts in its own role as controller or business. For certain customer data processed on behalf of business customers, AIOBridge may act as a processor or service provider.
6. Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, AIOBridge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal use, depending on your plan and use case.
AIOBridge, its software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by Amendorg LLC or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service.
7. Availability and Support
The Service is provided on an evolving basis. AIOBridge does not offer a service level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. Third-party platform outages, API changes, account suspensions, or policy enforcement may affect the Service and are outside AIOBridge's control.
8. Suspension and Termination
AIOBridge may suspend or terminate access if:
- You materially breach these Terms.
- Your use presents a security, fraud, legal, or platform-integrity risk.
- Fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice.
- A third-party provider action makes continued service impractical or unlawful.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, outstanding fees remain due, and AIOBridge may delete customer data in the ordinary course subject to legal, billing, security, and backup retention needs.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOBridge disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither AIOBridge nor Amendorg LLC will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIOBridge's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you to AIOBridge during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
AIOBridge may update the Service and may revise these Terms from time to time. If a material change is made, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice by email, in-product notice, or website posting where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
