If you use AIOBridge for a business, Amendorg LLC generally acts as the controller for account, billing, website, and security-related data and may act as a processor or service provider for customer data submitted to the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to professional advisors, acquirers, courts, regulators, or law enforcement where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Service.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
AIOBridge may use essential browser storage and similar technologies for sign-in state, security, and product preferences. We may also use analytics tools on the public site to understand traffic and improve the product experience. Where required by law, non-essential analytics should be loaded only after obtaining the appropriate consent.
5. Retention and Deletion
We retain data based on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

- Customer data is retained until deleted by the customer, removed through product workflows, or deleted during account closure.
- Platform credentials are retained until the connected account is removed, rotated, or deleted.
- Operational and security logs are retained for the period reasonably needed for troubleshooting, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Backup copies may persist until they cycle out in the ordinary course of backup retention.
6. Security
AIOBridge uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data and customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but AIOBridge is expected to use practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the data it processes, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and incident response procedures.
7. International Transfers
AIOBridge may process data in the United States and other countries where its providers operate. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your data may be transferred across borders. Where required, AIOBridge may rely on recognized legal transfer mechanisms or provider commitments under applicable law.
